Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage profiles on Upwork and Freelancer.com, optimizing them for visibility and relevance.
Stay updated on platform trends, policies, and best practices to maximize effectiveness.
Lead Generation and Bidding:
Identify potential projects and clients on Upwork and Freelancer.com that align with the company's expertise.
Craft compelling proposals, bid on relevant projects, and ensure a competitive edge in the bidding process.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients on freelance platforms.
Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
Identify and onboard freelancers with the necessary skills for project requirements.
Foster positive and productive relationships with freelancers to ensure project success.
